Warranty

All items carry a warranty of at least 12 months and must be returned to the store for claim. The length of term of the warranty should be used as an indication as to the commercial quality of the product.

Ordering

Orders can be placed by phone, fax or email. A minimum 30% deposit is required to initiate an order. It is the client's responsibility to confirm all measurements, colours and configurations on quoted items before authorising an official order. We reserve the right to charge a minimum re stocking fee of 30% for orders cancelled after the order has been placed.

Whilst every endeavour is made to hold pricing to that which is published in the catalogue the escalating costs of raw materials and labour necessitate the confirmation of pricing prior to placing your order.
